Empire Residence is a gated and guarded, and strata residential development in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. Empire Residence is surrounded and nearby to Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), and Sri Damansara.

Empire Residence is a 60 acres leasehold landed residential development of 3.5-sty and 4-sty terrace houses. The development has approximately 542 units, divided into 11 phases.

Houses come with 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, minimum. The porch can park 2 to 3 cars. Depending on which type, the layouts differ.

On the lower ground floor, the for some types, the utility may be combined or separated from the guest bedroom. On the ground floor, the wet kitchen may be more private or it is an open concept layout from the wet kitchen to the living and terrace areas. On the first floor, some layouts have a study or family area, while some do not. On the 2nd floor, which is the master bedroom, the terrace and balcony spaces ranges.

Commuting to and fro Empire Residence proves to be a breeze as well considering the multitude of major highways connecting the enclave. To name a few, Penchala Link, MRR2, LDP and NKVE can all easily be accessed. There are several buses servicing the enclave, plus the Kota Damansara MRT, Surian MRT, and Mutiara Damansara MRT which are not more than 15 minutes drive away.
